Meet Jason F. Cryderman
As the president and co-founder of Great Lakes Investment Advisors, Jason Cryderman is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out strategy for retirement income.
Jason began his career in the insurance & financial services industry in 1998. His passion is working with retirees and those preparing for retirement to develop and monitor investment and income strategies tailored to meet their life goals. He has helped hundreds of families appropriately manage their investment exposure to taxes, fees and risk.
Jason is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative (IAR). He has passed the Series 65 securities exam and holds licenses in life and health insurance as well as variable annuities. He has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. Jason is active with the United Way and sits on the board of the MSU Alumni Club of Midland County.
Jason and his wife, Amy, live in Sanford, Michigan, with their two daughters, Alexis and Joslyn, son Carson, and two dogs, Isabel & Gunner. They enjoy spending time together as a family, including all kinds of sports, outdoor activities, snowmobiling and boating. Jason also enjoys hockey, golf, fishing and hunting.
Meet Carl A. Cryderman
As the vice president of Great Lakes Investment Advisors, Carl is a financial planner specializing in retirement planning and asset preservation for retirees and those preparing for retirement.
Carl has been helping retirees and those preparing to retire reach their financial, retirement and estate planning goals for over two decades. Carl has built a reputation among the families he serves and fellow colleagues as a personally engaged problem solver who provides exceptional customer service. Carl is legally bound to uphold the highest level of fiduciary standards when providing investment advice to his clients. When working with clients, attorneys, CPA's, other advisors and care givers, Carl's approach is all inclusive, transparent and education based.
Carl has been a mentor, coach and advisor for asset accumulation, asset protection and retirement income for over 20 years. He is a member in superior standing with the National Ethics Association as well as being a member of the Better Business Bureau, Midland Chamber of Commerce and American Veterans.
Carl and his wife Carole, along with their 2 dogs Pablo and Bo, are long time residents of Midland, MI. When not serving his valued clients or enjoying time with their family, Carl and Carole enjoy travelling, camping, kayaking, biking, hunting and fishing.

Tammy joined Great Lakes Investment Advisors in March 2014.
Tammy received her Life Insurance License on November 17, 2017.
Family Information: Tammy and her husband, Paige, live in Hemlock, Michigan, with their two daughters, Kassidy and Kennedy, and cat Mittens. Outside of work, her family and friends are her life, and she treasures every minute spent with them!
Education & Achievements: Tammy graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in May 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business management. While attending Saginaw Valley State University, she was honored with admission into the Roberts Fellowship Program, a two-semester-long seminar on leadership and international study that culminated in a three-week trip to Asia.

Kelly joined Great Lakes Investment Advisors in November 2016.
Family Information: Kelly and her husband, Josh, live in Bay City, Michigan, with their daughter, Hayden; son, Jack; and cat Snuggles. When Kelly is not working, she enjoys spending as much time with the family as possible, enjoying activities such as gardening, landscaping, reading and volunteering at the school her children attend.
Education & Achievements: Kelly graduated from Northwood University in May 1998 with a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and management. Prior to joining the Great Lakes team, she spent over 14 years in restaurant management and achieved several awards and certifications for guest service.
Kelly currently sits on the Board of Education at St. Paul Lutheran School in Bay City, MI.
